Caffiain's Roasts

Caffiain has kept most of us in the studio awake with mouthful’s of fantastically roasted beans; to share the experience we have made it possible for you to get a sack of roast at the same time as some new strings or fiddly things for a wide awake practice or performance.

The real spark occurred when I spoke to Iain about which roast to go for, what I was looking for and how I will be making it (Mocca pot, filter, plunger etc). He was able to describe and inform in such a way that I couldn’t get back to the studio fast enough to brew, now that I know, something about coffees that sounded more like wine … sound taste.
