Description
The Pirastro Flexocor Double Bass string set has a high tensile rope core, made from a Carbon steel material which is wound with Chrome steel. The Flexocor are best suited to Arco with their quick response, have a typical warm sound with a short sustain and are very stable and instantly playable. The Flexocor string set is 3/4 size and is also available in individual strings as below. Small sizes are available to order.
- Double Bass G string: The Tailpiece end is Ruby colored and the peg end is Brown
- Double Bass D string: The Tailpiece end is Ruby colored and the peg end is Rust red
- Double Bass A string: The Tailpiece end is Ruby colored and the peg end is Black
- Double Bass E string: The Tailpiece end is Ruby colored and the peg end is Green
